He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar L. Dunlap and Bernice I. Dunlap (Critchlow); his wives, Anne Dunlap (Monsma) and Martha J. Beatty Dunlap (Hague); and his son Donald E. Dunlap.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy L. Barnett (Daniel), Russell S. Dunlap (Tiffiany) and Stephen L.; and his siblings, Sandy Phelps and Russell L. Dunlap (Cheryl). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to any charitable organizations that benefits: Multiple Sclerosis, local fire departments, or that supports special needs children.
