She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lewis and Dorothy Lewis (Boyle); her husband Jack Jacklett; her son Brian Lazorishak; and her siblings, Jim Lewis, Gordon Lewis, Robert Lewis, David Lewis, Rick Lewis, Nancy Shaw and Bonnie Pollard.
She is survived by: her son Jay Lazorishak of Parker, CO; her daughter-in-law Christine Lazorishak; her sisters, Sarah Rollick (Dave) of St. Mary's, Nora Lewis of Titusville and Bath Thompson of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Jason, Yvonne, Eric, Elena and Karina; and her great grandchildren, Caden, Draven, Nadia and Nikolai. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Meadville (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
