He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Teresa D'Orazio; his parents, Alfred D'Orazio and Josephine D'Orazio (Fante); and his sister Dolores Cericola (Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Lynne D'Orazio Bandy, Stephen D'Orazio (Marie), Gayl D'Orazio Tompkins (Bill), David D'Orazio (Judy) and Janet D'Orazio McCann; his grandchildren, Charles Bandy (C. J.), Ryan Bandy (Haley), Nicholas D'Orazio (Maria), Celeste D'Orazio Beckman (Jordan), Jace D'Orazio, Shannon Tompkins McArdle (Brendan), Matthew Tompkins, Thomas D'Orazio (Maya) and Kevin McCann; and his great grandchildren, Ava McArdle, Sadie McArdle and Jack D'Orazio.
