He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mushrush and Virginia Mushrush (Kulick); and his siblings, Judy Tingle, Tom Mushrush and John Mushrush.
He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Matrogran; his son Kyle Mushrush; and his siblings, James Mushrush (Doris) and Mary Adsit (Lyle).
