We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2025, at the age of 80, Blaine W. Benton of Halifax, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. and Mary G. Benton (Mentzer); his grandson Braden Romberger; his brothers, Ronald and Wayne; and his brothers-in-law, William Fagan Jr. and Dale Zeigler.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Benton (Westbrook); his sisters, Bonnie Fagan, Donnie Aurandt (Steve), Connie Zeigler and Linda Goodson (Ralph); his sister-in-law June Benton; his daughters, Michelle Seibert (Trevis Ort), Melissa Long (Steve), Melina Romberger (Brady) and Amanda Ferree; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan Seibert, Myah Long, Kylie, Logan Zankiewicz, Bailey, Chase Romberger, Emma, Mattie and Mason Enders. He is also survived by two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. (118 S Market Square, Millersburg, PA 17061). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
