He was predeceased by: his parents, Rae Enders and Shirley Stoneroad Enders. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Warfel Enders; his son Ethan Enders; his sister Deborah Thornberg; his half-brother Clifford Paul (Tiffany); and his stepsister Bonnie Johnson.
