He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence F. Lowe and B. Loretta Lowe (Watts); and his brothers, Joey R. Lowe and Larry F. Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lowe (Wilt); his son Deven Lowe (Charmaine); his stepdaughters, Marcia Wilt, Jamie McIntyre and Andrea Staron (Jeff); his grandchildren, Dwayne and Hailie; his stepgranddaughter Frankie; his siblings, Susan K. Johnson and James A. Lowe (Ruby); his sister-in-law Cathy Lowe; and his siblings' children, Shannon, Jason and Brian.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hill United Methodist Church (4 Hill Church Rd, Duncannon, PA 17020). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
