He is survived by: his wife Linda Lowe (Wilt); his son Deven Lowe (Charmaine); his stepdaughters, Marcia Wilt, Jamie McIntyre and Andrea Staron (Jeff); his grandchildren, Dwayne and Hailie; his stepgranddaughter Frankie; his siblings, Susan K. Johnson and James A. Lowe (Ruby); his sister-in-law Cathy Lowe; his niece Shannon; and his nephews, Jason and Brian.
