He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Coons and Miriam Coons; and his sister Joyce Bevan. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Coons; his brother Mark Coons; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Coons of Palmyra and Robert Bevan of Myerstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
