She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond Jennings; her parents, Lester Osterhout and Esther Osterhout; her sister-in-law Pam Osterhout; her children, Joyce Kelsey and Jeffrey Kelsey (Melissa); her grandchildren, Heather Kelsey, Kristopher Kelsey (Ashley), Stacey Smith (Jordan) and Laura Steich (Cody); her great grandchildren, Aaron, Aiden, Maddie, Nikki, Liam, Keith, Eli and River; her brother Richard Osterhout (Jane); and her sibling's children, Tanya Osterhout (Colin Whiting) and Michael Osterhout (Susan).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (96 Pine St, Hallstead, PA 18822). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory may be made to First Baptist Church, 96 Pine Street, Hallstead, PA 18822.
