He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Welch Brigham; his children, Daniel Smith (Jenilyn), Amber Smith and Eddie Hollister; his grandchildren, Brantley, Felicity, Waylon and Ryker; and his siblings, William Smith (Angie), Michael Smith, Dawn Smith (William), Amanda Golightly (John) and Andrew Brigham (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
