He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cushner and Irene Cushner. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Cushner (Marlene) of Binghamton, Mary Kelly (Michael) of Front Royal, VA, Ann Marie Bouren (Timothy) of Kirkwood and Teresa Zarate of Midlothian, TX; and his friends, Doug, John and Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
