He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Scott Baker; and his brothers, Walter, David, Carroll and Dean Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kevin Baker (Tammy) and Lori Zick (Chris); his grandchildren, Emily Richards (Josh), Allison Faust (Jake), Jeffrey Baker, Libby, Mckenna and Elijah Zick; and his brothers, Al Baker (Claire), Mark Baker (Suzanne) and Dale Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
