William B. Tyler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William B. Tyler (Hallstead, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Tyler and Helen Tyler; his former wife Natalie Thompson Tyler; his sisters, Avis Morgan, Ethel Ferenczi and Nelda Leonard; his grandson Michael Maynard; and his great grandchild Hope Sheridan.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hine-Tyler; his children, Peggy Maynard (Jack), David Tyler (Renee), Brian Tyler (Nancy), Jonathan Tyler (Terry) and Eileen Craige (Rick); his sisters, Anita Millard (Bill) and Ruth Page; his siblings-in-law, Lyle Leonard and Elfie Thompson; and his family, Jerry (Karen), Mark, Chris (Kristy) and Doreen Howard. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and many step-children and step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home (25 Susquehanna Ave, Hallstead, PA 18822). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South New Milford Baptist Church (2967 Harford Rd, New Milford, PA 18834).
