He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Huette); his daughter-in-law Kristen M. Hoffman; and his brothers, Carl, Richard and William Hoffman.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra L. Hoffman (Bender); his son Matthew D. Hoffman; his close friends, Nicole Meyers and Andrew D. Hoffman; his mother-in-law Barbara Bender; and his siblings, Ray Hoffman (Bertha), Shirley Fritz (late Edwin) and Delores DeLong (late Leroy).
