Ella Hess Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 96, Ella Hess of Hamburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Ella farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ella is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl John and Pearl Elmira Hess (Hoffman); her niece Donna J. Eckert; and her siblings, Earl Hess, Ray L. Hess, Arthur H. Hess and Pauline J. Hess.
She is survived by: her siblings, John M. Hess of Maidencreek Township and Grace E. (Charles Wuestner) of Willow Valley, Lancaster.; and her sister-in-law Dolores Hess of Honey Brook. She is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, six great nieces, nine great nephews, one great-great niece, and two great-great nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Cemetery of Perry Township (770 Zion Church Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526).
