He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Tibak); his sons, Jesse Prokopczyk (Annie) of Scottsdale, AZ, Albert Prokopczyk (Jessica) of Palmerton, PA and Brad Prokopczyk of Hamburg; his sister Janina "Nini" Prokopczyk of Perth Amboy, NJ; and his grandsons, Owen and Reid.
