He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Noecker, Sr. and Emma Mae Noecker (Dixon); and his son Dereck S. Noecker. He is survived by : his wife Debra A. Noecker (Miller); his sons, Dane A. Noecker (Tamara A.) and Matthew T. Noecker; his close friends, Kim, Tilden Twp, Robert E. Noecker, III, Theresa and Windsor Twp; his grandchildren, Rachael, Travis, Sophia, Caeli, John, Carson and Gatlin; his pets, Nala and Jenny; and his sisters, Bonnie (Noecker) and Betty Smith (Noecker).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. (65 S Fourth St, Hamburg, PA 19526). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Strausstown Cemetery.
