She was predeceased by: her parents, LaRue Clemens (DeLong) and Dennis G. Clemens; and her granddaughter Carissa Balthaser. She is survived by: her children, Christopher W. Balthaser (Rebekah S. Gruber) and Raquel L. Balthaser; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Chase and Luis; her great grandchild Brinlee; and her siblings, Bruce Zieber and Dara Klobosits (Clemens).
