He was predeceased by: his mother Olga Cooke (Pladek). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. (Patti); his father Herbert T. Cooke; his children, Daniel Rutt and Debbie Kershner; his stepchildren, Carla McDonald, Carol Gouger and Thomas Carty; his grandchildren, Tiffany Quinones, Robert Taylor, Amy Bukowski, Misty Fosdick, Apryl Rutt, Rebecca Osman, Ryan McDonald, Brittney Schoonover, Brooke Carty, Christopher Chamberlain, Jacob Chamberlain, Elizabeth Gouger, Buddy Gouger, Ryan Gouger, Garrett Gouger and Christopher Beck; and his sister Patricia Trombley. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
