He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cook and Helen Cook (Kimberlin); and his sister Judy Davenport. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lettich (Randy) and William Cook, Jr.; and his close friend Joan Spangler. He is also survived by 3 grandsons.
