He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Thomas and Noreen Thomas (Devlin); his sister Jean Schopfer; and his brother-in-law John Yulich. He is survived by: his wife Judy Thomas (Burpo); his daughter Kathleen Thomas Savage (Edward) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Michael J. Savage, Ethan Savage and Kyle Savage; his sisters, Carol Yulich of Meadville, Patricia Hickey (Chet) and Rosemary Schopfer (Craig); his brother-in-law Gary Schopfer of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Susan (Rich Nocella), Kathleen (Chris Kager) and Janet (Jeff Mitchell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
