He was predeceased by : his parents, Matthew Thorne and Sandra Lanning Thorne. He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou; his daughters, Holly Ann Sims (Russell) of Ocala, Rebecca Granoski of Edgewater and Jacqueline Roberts of Hanover Twp; and his siblings, Matthew "Sonny" Thorne (Elisabeth) of Germany and Tami Avery (Robert Sr.) of Townhill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
