She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl D. Wint and Catherine E. Keiper Wint (Shulz); her husband George R. Helfrich; her granddaughter Jessica Helfrich; and her siblings, Carl D. Wint, Jr., James Keiper, Gertrude Hurst, Thelma Casey, Henrietta Bergstrasser, Ruth Moses, Madeline McCarthy and Margaret Weber.
She is survived by: her children, George R. Helfrich (Anita) of Aberdeen, MD, Michael Helfrich (Karen) and Kathleen Busch (Carl) of Daytona Beach, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
