She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crawford and Dorothy Crawford (Rearick); and her husband Nelson D. "Skip" Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Solomon of Omaha and Andrea Brown of Miami, Florida; her sister Christel Buck (Scott) of Lock Haven; her son-in-law Benjamin Solomon; and her great grandchild Everett Benjamin Solomon. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
