She is survived by: her niece Julie Dzurilla (Rick); her great-niece Elizabeth Dzurilla (Ellie); her great-nephew James Dzurilla (Devynn); her nephew George Salonski; her sister-in-law Ellie Adamchak; her niece Norma Jean Fisher Consiglio; and her friends, Jane, Frank Rinkevich, Cheryl Condo and Sally Simko.
