It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Allen of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ripley Allen and Anna Allen (Horskey). He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Allen (Maxwell). He is also survived by two brothers; two sisters; three nieces; and one nephew.
