He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Carroll and Helena Carroll (Schneider); and his sisters, Colette C. Whalen and Margaret Mary Carroll. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen C. Carroll of Grantville; his niece Megan Whalen; his nephew Nicholas Cortes (Janelis); his great-nephew Nico Cortes; and his great-niece Alena Cortes.
