He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A., Sr. and Laura W. Budd (Sheesley). He is survived by: his wife Diana Budd (Mummert); his daughter Jessica Budd of Dauphin; and his sibling Beverly Frye (late Joseph) of Harrisburg, CDR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
