He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben T. Lewis and Bridget Jarrett (Connell); and his son Thomas Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Lewis (Higgins); his children, Robert Lewis (Tiffany George) and Sheila Lewis-Martin; and his stepson Robert D. Logan, Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
