He was predeceased by: his wife Carol J. Stout (Dech); his parents, Claude M. Stout and Sadie A. Stout (Becker); and his son Douglas W. Stout. He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Mosser (Gary) of Bethlehem and Gregory A. Stout (Kelley) of Schnecksville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
