She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Ditzler and Martha A. Ditzler (Smith); her daughter Amanda Jo Klunk; and her sisters, Angela L. Lehman, Mildred C. Thomassy and Joan E. Kuhn.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Q. Klunk and Lynn A. Klunk (Neal Shaffer); her grandson Justin M. Hagerman; and her siblings, Margaret Zumbo, Benedict F. Ditzler, Madeline M. Small, Marie T. Saghy and Mary C. Clabaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
