Duncan Sr. of Berkley Springs, WV; his son Kodie Pugliese of Hanover; his wife Rita of Berkley Springs, WV; and his siblings, Dawn Shaffer (Larry) of Dillsburg, David A Duncan Jr. (Florence) of Clearville and Brad Duncan (Barb Wilt) of Hanover. He is also survived by five step siblings and ten nieces and nephews.
