He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Bartzer Hulse; his daughters, Nicole Carlyle-Coester, Leslie Carlyle-Burnett (Danny), Desiree Owen and Andrea Briseno; his grandchildren, Dustin, Garrett Burnett, Chelsey, Leah Owen, Gabriella Briseno, Elijah Montijo and Isabella Newsom Williamson; and his brother Donald John Barnett (Nancy).
