She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Martin and Estella E. Kuhn Martin Carbaugh; her stepfather Charles Carbaugh; her grandson Dustin Riggs; her granddaughter-in-law Barbara Scott; and her siblings, Francis, Joseph, Bernard, George Martin, Teresa Hankey, Pauline Hertz and Rita Bucher.
She is survived by: her children, Mary H. Santana (Gilberto) and John B. Riggs, Jr.; her grandchildren, Robert Scott (Candace Chandler), Tony Scott (Melissa), Shari Minnier (Rob), Daniel Riggs (Jenna), David Riggs and Courtney Card (Alex); her great grandchildren, Brooke, Giada, Henry, Owen, Abel, Sydney and Jackson; her great great grandchildren, Avery, Lilianna, Brayden and Scarlett; and her siblings, Mary Menges (Glenn), Dorothy Downin (Larry), Rose Topper (Pat), James Martin (Sharon) and Burnell Carbaugh (Deana).
