He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Laughman and Peggy Laughman; his brothers, Elmer "Bo" Laughman and Sam Laughman Shull; his father-in-law Steven W. Miller; and his grandfather Floyd Fannon.
He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Garcia and Henry Laughman; the mother of his child Sarah Miller; his son Curvin Emmett Laughman; his stepdaughter Payton Ayers; his girlfriend Cynthia Nickles; his mother-in-law Crystal Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Dustin Miller, Jose Garcia, Audrey Miller, Mandy Becker and Beth Shull.
