He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T., Jr. and Julia L. Mowrer (Fuhrman); and his daughter Jennifer Tracey. He is survived by: his wife Gayle M. Mowrer (Thoman); his children, Amy Eash (Cris), Danielle Mowrer, Bryan Mowrer (Taryn) and Danean Tracey (Jeff Baumgardner); his brothers, Dennis Mowrer (Linda), Randy Mowrer and Andy Mowrer (Cindy); his grandchildren, David Eash, Haley Conaway, Dylan Norris, Jed Henry, Bryleigh, Andrew Mowrer, Sean Snyder and Stephanie Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Addison Snyder. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
