He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Weber and Doratha Weber (Carver). He is survived by: his wife Donna Weber (Martin); his daughters, Lea Weber Ridenhour (Eriks Janelsins) of Wheeling and Molly A. Weber of Greensboro; and his granddaughters, Eve and Grace Ridenhour of Wheeling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
