She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnell G. Markle and Romaine V. Markle (Kessler); her husband Daniel R. Lease; and her brother Burnell G. Markle, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas C. Lease (Amanda D.) of East Berlin, PA and Drew R. Lease (Lea L.) of Hanover, PA; her niece Judy Wentz (Lease); her grandchildren, Quinn D. Lease, Felicia M. Lease, Maya A. Lease and Sienna R. Lease; her great grandchild Skyler Q. Lease; and her sister Sharon R. Johnson (Markle).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Darlene's memory to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
