He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Zickafoose and Opal Zickafoose (Lively); and his brother Eugene "Jack" Zickafoose, II. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Zickafoose (Decker); his daughters, Debra Zickafoose, Virginia Zickafoose and Elizabeth Graetz of Wesley Chapel, FL; and his sister Erma Laraway. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
