He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin A. Mills, Sr. and Iva Mae Edwards Mills; his wife Patricia A. Mills; and his siblings, Austin A. Mills, Jr. and Patricia Hinkledey.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Werner (Steve) of Hanover, Ricci Mills (Lisa) of Houston, TX and Stacia Frankowiak (Joe) of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
