He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Reese Forney and Pauline Louise Koons Forney. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Reese Forney; his daughters, Laurie Forney (Marty Harding) of Hurlock, MD. and Chastity Forney Ensor (David) of Hanover, PA.; his siblings, Jerry Forney of Westminster, Linda Forney Johnson (Terry) of Westminster and Sally Forney of Manchester; his grandchildren, Brenden, Owen Forney, Lincoln Forney Ensor and Khloe Shelton; and his siblings-in-law, Dinah Reese (Gary) of Westminster, Rosalind Reese of Hanover, PA. and William Reese (Sharon) of Cockeysville, MD.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
