She was predeceased by: her husband Peter G. Neilson; and her parents, Frederick C. Wunsch and Anna Wunsch (Creighton). She is survived by: her sons, John P. Neilson and Richard W. Neilson (Beth); and her siblings, David Wunsch, Gretchen Bronke (Bob) and Karen Poprave (Ken). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the World Wildlife Fund at 1250 Twenty-Fourth Street, N.W., P.O. Box 97180, Washington, DC 20090-7180, in honor of Doris's love for nature and wildlife.
