He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Tibbetts and Rhoda H. Tibbetts. He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Tibbetts of Hanover, PA; his children, John Michael Tibbetts (Hye-Young Oh) of Rockville, MD and Jessica Anne Klapstein (John Ellis Blake); his grandchildren, Allison Klapstein and Christopher Klapstein; and his sister Deborah L. Osborne (Marvin L. Osborne) of Danville, VA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
