She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip E. Martin and Viola Kaulfuss Martin; her husband Eugene L. Black; and her brothers, Phillip and Lawrence Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Beal of Hanover, Tom Black (Lori) of Hanover and Chris Black (Sabrina) of Westminster, MD; and her sisters, Jean Johnson and Dora Lee Dawson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
