He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Conforti and Angela Conforti (Petraglia); his wife Maryanne Fariello; his siblings, Mary Fico Stefanko and Arthur; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Jo Conforti.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Michael and Jeanine; his sister Frances Conforti; his girlfriend Lynda Butt; and his partner's children, Lou and Rob.
