Rorrer of Hanover, PA, Eugenia D. Rorrer of Hanover, PA and Emily J. Rorrer of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Breanna, Nathan, Evan, Landon, Grayson, Liam, Noah and Leah; and his siblings, James Rorrer of Littlestown, PA, Jerry Rorrer, Sr. of Cambridge, MD and Kelly Rorrer-Bruce of Dover, PA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Eugene's name to the VNA Hospice of Hanover and Spring Grove, 440 N. Madison Street, Hanover, PA 17331, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
