She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Herbert Smith and Jeanenne Boyer (Larry); her brother Jerry E. Harley; her grandchildren, Jeff Herbert Smith, Jr., Sherri L. Hickey and Amanda N. Bishop (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Audriana, Raelynn, Amelia, Trinity, Abigail and Matalyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
