It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances N. Barr of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James C. "Jim" Barr; her parents, Oscar C. Winters and Alta Winters (Wildosen); her siblings, Oscar C. Winters, Jr., Martin P. Winters and Mary C. Winters; and her nephew Donald M. Winters.
She is survived by: her nephews, Daniel L. Winters of Hanover and Galen Richard of Hanover; her niece Carolyn "Cubby" Conrad of Hanover; and her sister-in-law Sarah "Dolly" Winters.
