He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. and Mary A. Bolinger (Anderson); his wife Judith A. Bolinger; his son Todd Bolinger; and his siblings, Geraldine Zimmerman and Kenneth Bolinger.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Bolinger of Lancaster and Mark Bolinger of Glenville. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity United Church of Christ (116 York St, Hanover, PA 17331). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
