He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Hafer, (Chaney) and Frederick Hafer, Sr.; and his siblings, Phyllis Suffecool (Don), Rosie Winters (Jack), Angela Seilhamer and Gerald Hafer (S. Army).
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Ann Hafer (Miller); his daughters, Tina Hafer of Hanover, PA and Selena Snively of Hanover, PA; his siblings, Bonnie Flannery (Jimmy) and Albert "Sonny" Hafer (Mary); his grandchildren, Aden and Olivia Snively; his son-in-law David Snively; and his siblings-in-law, Helena Niswander (Eddie), Willie Seilhamer and Larry Miller (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
